BARK! ANNOUNCES SUMMER SCHEDULE

at the Coast Playhouse Through June 25

 

LOS ANGELES, May 2, 2006 -- "Bark!" the hit musical playing at the Coast Playhouse in West Hollywood will alter its performance schedule beginning May 19. The Saturday matinee will be dropped in favor of adding a Sunday evening performance. The new schedule includes performances Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., and Sundays at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

 

Since opening in September 2004, the critically acclaimed show has continued to play to sell-out audiences. "Bark!" is about man's best friend, told and sung from the dog's point of view. Acclaimed director/choreographer Kay Cole guides the talented ensemble cast through the funny, fast-paced and poignant show with music by David Troy Francis and lyrics by Gavin Geoffrey Dillard, Robert Schrock, Jonathan Heath, Danny Lukic and Mark Winkler. Francis is also musical director.
